Define authority and access

Some tasks require written authorisation, identity documents, appointment details, or permission from a property owner or institution. These should be resolved before travel begins.

Agree on evidence of completion

Photographs, receipts, signed acknowledgements, video calls, or written updates can provide visibility. The right evidence depends on the task and privacy involved.

Protect sensitive information

Share only the documents and personal information genuinely required for the request. Avoid sending passwords, financial credentials, or unrelated identity records.
