Verify the actual unit

A catalogue photograph describes a product line, not necessarily the exact unit available. Ask to see the item that will be packed whenever condition or variation matters.

Make criteria visible

Turn subjective expectations into observable checks: measurements, labels, colour references, accessories, seals, expiry dates, and surface condition.

Record approval

Summarise what was checked and what was accepted. This gives both customer and shopper a shared record of the decision.
