  • The above charges are applicable as per physical store visit or per online website order basis. 
  • Shopping fees includes managing  the order, tracking it, coordinating with the delivery agent, receiving it, share product images and returns if applicable.
  • For all the above services standard delivery charges are applied.
  • A service fee of 7.5% of order value including delivery fees is applicable to all services.

  • Shipment cost is calculated based on the destination, package volumetric weight or dead weight whichever is higher, and speed of shipping.
  • Delivery in 5-7 days (standard shipping), subject to customs clearance and weather.
  • This rate may change subject to fuel surcharges/ess/etc if any.
  • Any extra customs levied on the package are borne by the customer.
How To Calculate Volumetric Weight?
  • Volumetric weight is a measurement used in the shipping industry that takes into account both the weight and size of a package. It is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of a package in centimeters, then dividing that number by the volumetric factor of the carrier.
  • The actual weight of an object is its true or real weight, typically measured in units such as pounds or kilograms. It is often used to calculate the cost of shipping goods
  • The chargeable weight is the weight upon which the carrier charges you on the invoice, which can be either the actual or the volumetric weight of your shipment, whichever is higher.

Medicine Shipping Information

For shipping medicines from India to countries abroad there are prerequisites that need to be fulfilled as stated below:

  • A medical certificate that is issued within 3 months of the shipment date with the name of the patient (optional).
  • Original Prescription of the medicines with the medical names in English within 1 month of the shipment date.
  • An original receipt/bill of the medication purchase with patient’s name within 1 month of the shipment date.
  • Passport copy of the patient/receiver with the name same as the prescription.
    Medicine shipments can only be sent in 1kg batches.
  • No liquids allowed.
  • A maximum of 3 months course can be shipped which is cross-checked with prescription.
    For ayurvedic medicines, an NOC (no-objection certificate) from Ayush department, a subdivision of the Ministry of Health and family welfare of India is required.
