Booking terms
Minimum booking time is one hour per day.
Maximum booking time is eight hours per day.
The first hour fee is mandatory, non-refundable booking fee..
Standard commute and delivery fees are charged at actuals.
Store payments and merchandise costs are charged at actuals.
A 15% service fee applies to the total order value, including shipping or delivery.
18% GST applies to service and shopping fees.

Membership terms. Membership does not replace hourly shopping charges. Products, commute, delivery, packing, courier, customs, duties, and GST remain separate. Member rates apply to eligible service-fee components, are subject to fair use, and do not auto-renew.

Approval first
Product availability, store pricing, expected time, and known third-party charges are confirmed with you before purchase via an estimate.

Pay as we go
A non-refundable booking fee is paid upfront to confirm your request. All subsequent payments are made as we go—purchase by purchase, service by service, or delivery by delivery—ensuring you only pay for what we handle on your behalf.

Secure payment
Approved service and purchase amounts are requested through a secure payment platform (Razorpay, Wire Transfer, or UPI) shared by an authorised Shoppin representative wherever you can’t make the payment.

Third-party handlers
Third-party handlers, including stores, e-commerce websites, and courier companies, operate independently. Their availability, returns, delays, loss, damage, and claims remain subject to their policies.
Includes your first hour or one task. Get a dedicated Shoppin person to handle your request, research, and keep you updated throughout. The ₹500 booking fee is non-refundable once your request is assigned.
How are additional hours or tasks charged?+
For Personal Shopper bookings, ₹500 includes the first hour and each additional hour is ₹250. For Personal Assistant bookings, ₹500 includes the first agreed task and each additional task is ₹250. Any expanded or custom scope is confirmed before proceeding.
What will my final total include?+
Your total may include the hourly shopping or assistance charge, product cost, actual commute or delivery, packing or shipping, the applicable 15% service fee, and GST.
Are commute fees included in the bill?+
Commute charges are billed based on the distance and mode of travel required to complete your request. Any applicable commute fee will be communicated before proceeding.
When do I make the payment?+
A non-refundable booking fee is paid upfront to confirm your request. All subsequent payments are made as we go—purchase by purchase, service by service, or delivery by delivery—ensuring you only pay for what we handle on your behalf.
What if my request is unusual or needs a custom scope?+
Send the item, store, city, destination, and desired outcome. We will confirm whether the standard hourly rate applies or provide a separate quote before proceeding.
