    • Shoppin facilitates deliveries both within India and internationally, subject to feasibility, local regulations, and any applicable additional charges. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis, contingent on location-specific constraints and customs requirements.
  • Delivery Timelines
    • Estimated delivery timelines are based on the dispatch schedule of the respective store and the availability of courier services. Shoppin does not guarantee specific delivery dates and shall not be held liable for any delays caused by logistics partners, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Charges & Customs Duties
    • Shipping charges are determined based on the store, product dimensions, weight, and the delivery location. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to international orders. Shoppin assumes no liability for any customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Order Tracking
    • Customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch of the order. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and address any delivery-related issues directly with the courier service.
  • Delivery Issues & Dispute Resolution
    • In case of a lost or delayed package, Shoppin will provide reasonable assistance in coordinating with the courier service to resolve the issue. However, Shoppin will not be held responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, courier service errors, or force majeure events.
  • Courier Services
    • Courier services, including but not limited to BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx, UPS, DHL, IndiaPost, Atlantic Courier, and Pacific Courier, operate as independent entities. Shoppin assumes no liability for any loss or damage incurred during transit between the courier service's facility and the destination country.
  • Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments
    • Any claims related to lost or damaged shipments must be raised directly with the respective third-party courier service, in accordance with their terms and policies.
