Return Policy

RETURN OF THIRD-PARTY ORDERS

Definition of Third-Party Orders: Third-party orders include and are not limited to orders placed and products purchased on e-commerce websites, local vendors, resellers, distributors, retail partners and supermarkets.
1.     Third-party order returns are only applicable to products located within India and/or present in Shoppin’s warehouse.
2.     Third-party order exchange may be possible in accordance with the (offline/online) store policy.
3.     Third-party order exchange may be possible if the return date for the order is valid.
4.     In case of third-party orders, a copy of the original invoice may be requested prior to Shoppin issuing a return authorization. Additionally, for returns, you may be asked the following information: name, address, phone, the reason for return, date of purchase, and product serial number.
5.     All returns are subject to inspection. The product must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. Shoppin reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.
6.     If the order was placed by Shoppin on behalf of the customer, a refund will be processed by Shoppin to the customer's bank account within 2-5 business days, upon Shoppin receiving the refund from the third party,  pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.
7.     In case of a return of a package picked up from the customer’s home/residence, the return may be possible. Standard delivery charges are applicable and are borne by the customer.

LOST/DAMAGED BY THIRD-PARTY HANDLERS

Definition of Third-Party Handlers: Third-party handlers include and are not limited to delivery agents, shipping couriers, e-commerce websites.

1.     If the package is lost/damaged in transit between the store/home and Shoppin’s warehouse by a third-party handling/delivery service, Shoppin does not hold any liability for the damages caused.
2.     Shipping courier services provided by third-party couriers from India include and are not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, IndiaPost, Atlantic Courier, and Pacific Courier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit anywhere between the shipping courier service's office and your country of residence,  Shoppin does not hold any liability for the lost/damaged shipment. RETURN SHIPPING CONSIGNEMENT

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shoppin does not provide shipping services from outside of India. Returning shipped consignment is the responsibility of the customer and must use local shipping carriers in their respective country of residence.

REFUND POLICY

A.    If any of the products in the consignment received is not up to your satisfaction or is missing, please contact us for assistance and we may arrange a refund for the product cost. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1.     Contact us via email at support@shoppin.co.in or WhatsApp at +918885629392.
2.     Provide your order information and details for confirmation.
3.     Choose the products you wish to get a refund from your order and share the necessary photos.
4.     Provide bank account details for refund processing if necessary.
5.     Any convenience and/or processing and/or and/or transfer and/or remittance fees on the refund amount to the customer’s account shall be borne by the customer.

B. If the actual shipment weight is lesser than the estimated weight, we may
1. Refund you the difference amount calculated as a fixed rate per kg as per our shipping rates on the pricing page. Any convenience and/or processing and/or and/or transfer and/or remittance fees on the refund amount to the customer’s account shall be borne by the customer.
2. Store the difference amount calculated as a fixed rate per kg as per our shipping rates on the pricing page in your account for your future orders as applicable.
