    • Personal Shopping: A dedicated shopping executive visits any store on your behalf, connects with you via video call to showcase products, and completes purchases for you.
    • Personal Assistant: An errand-running service to handle essential tasks on your behalf.
    • Export from India / Sourcing Agent: A professional sourcing service for international businesses seeking to procure and export products from India.
    • Business Services: A dedicated procurement assistant for local businesses and corporations.
• User Responsibilities
  • By using our services, you agree to:
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
    • Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Abide by local and international shopping laws governing the purchase and shipment of goods.
• Payment & Pricing
  • Prices displayed are subject to change based on store pricing, availability, and external factors.
  • Payments must be made in advance via secure payment gateways or through details provided by an authorized agent.
  • Additional fees may apply for customized services or special requests.
• Order Fulfillment
  • Orders are processed strictly based on the customer's instructions and specifications.
  • Shoppin acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the seller. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or discrepancies caused by third-party stores.
  • In cases of product unavailability or changes in pricing, the customer will be informed before the order is finalized.
• Limitation of Liability
  • Shoppin does not manufacture, sell, or warrant any products purchased through its platform or services.
  • We do not guarantee product quality, authenticity, or store pricing. Customers are advised to verify product details before confirming purchases.
  • Shoppin shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Lost/Damaged by Third-Party Handlers
  • Definition of Third-Party Handlers
    • • Third-party handlers include, but are not limited to, delivery agents, shipping couriers, e-commerce websites, and store dispatch services.
  • Liability for Lost/Damaged Packages
    • • Shoppin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage occurring during transit between the store/home and Shoppin’s warehouse if the shipment is handled by a third-party logistics provider.
      • Courier services, including but not limited to BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx, UPS, DHL, IndiaPost, Atlantic Courier, and Pacific Courier, operate as independent entities. If a package is lost or damaged while in transit between the courier service’s facility and the destination country, Shoppin assumes no liability for the lost or damaged shipment.
      • Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be raised directly with the respective third-party courier service, as per their terms and policies.
• Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
